In this tutorial, we will cover the process of rescheduling an appointment for a parent/client who wishes to change their appointment time. This simple process involves canceling the initial appointment and creating a new one. Let's get started.
Steps
Step 1: Accessing the Client's Profile
- Once you've logged into StudioHub, click on the "Conversations" option on the left panel menu
- Choose the "All" option, to display all conversations
- Select a conversation you want to interact with
Step 2: Navigate to Appointments:
Within the client's conversation on the right panel click on the Appointments option represented by a calendar
- You can either reschedule a canceled appointment from the past by clicking on it or create a new appointment by clicking the "Book Appointment" option. Follow this guide to learn how to cancel an appointment.
Step 3: Edit/Create a New Appointment
- Enter or Update the details of the appointment. Follow this guide here to learn how to book an Appointment on StudioHub.
- Make sure the status of the appointment is set to confirmed, if not then click on it to select the confirmed option.
- Once you've entered all the details click "Book Appointment" Or "Save Appointment"
