Introduction
Welcome to this guide on how to cancel appointments using StudioHub. In our previous guide, we learned how to schedule appointments (trial class). Now, we'll cover the steps of canceling an appointment. Let's dive right in.
Steps
Step 1: Accessing the Client's conversation
- Once you've logged into StudioHub, click on the "Conversations" option on the left panel menu
- Choose the "All" option, to display all conversations
- Select a conversation you want to interact with
Step 2: Navigate to Appointments
- Within the client's conversations section, on the right panel click on the Appointments icon represented by a calendar. The Appointments option will display all the past and active appointments scheduled with this client.
- From the Appointments list select the appointment that you would like to cancel
Step 3: Cancelling an Appointment
- Once you've selected the appointment, in the Edit Appointment window scroll down until you see the Status field
- Click on the Status field and from the options change the status of the appointment from confirmed to canceled
- Click "Save Appointment"
- You can also see the appointment has been cancelled under the Past Appointments section
