If you're trying to launch a campaign using the ads launcher in StudioHub, but you cannot find a template that matches the specific campaign that you want to launch an ad for, you've found the right article!
In this guide, we'll teach you how to launch an ad with your own ad copy using the StudioHub ad's launcher.
Steps to Write Your Own Ad Copy in StudioHub
Follow these steps to write your own custom ad copy template:
Step 1: Navigate to Ads Launcher
- Open the Ads Launcher by clicking on Facebook + IG Ads at the bottom left of the screen
- Navigate to Dashboard, then select Launch New Campaign
- Choose Facebook
Step 2: Select a Category
- Select the option Want To Use Your Own Ad Copy?
Step 3: Select the Template
- Select the blank template to create your custom ad copy
Step 4: Setting Up Campaign Details
1. Custom Values
- Ad Text: This is where you can add your ad copy, which will be displayed in both your ad and lead form. Make sure to highlight key benefits, and include a strong call to action at the end, such as: "Click below to learn more!
- Ad Headline: This is the headline that will appear on your ad. Keep it short and engaging to grab attention quickly.
2. Campaign Info: Fill in the required details.
Campaign Type: Make sure it is set to Lead Form
Campaign Name (optional): Add a name for your campaign (e.g. My Awesome Summer Ad Campaign)
Daily Budget: Type your daily budget. (e.g.10)
Website: Add your website link. (e.g. www.myawesomewebsite.com)
Radius: Select the number of miles you want to target around your studio. (e.g. 7)
Step 5: Selecting your Pictures or Videos
Select Optional Info under the blue "Launch Campaign" button
Find Ad Media and click on Expand Section.
- Now, select Client Media
To learn how to upload images and videos; use the following articles
View all uploaded images/videos and select your pictures (we recommend choosing 3-4 images/videos)
Step 6: Launching Your Ad
1. Scroll back to the top and click Launch Campaign
2. After clicking on Launch Campaign, wait for the loading bar to complete (see screenshot below). It may take 2-5 minutes to complete.
⚠️ Warning: Do not close this window. Proceed to the next step.
3. Upon completion, you will see a success message confirming that "Your campaign was created successfully." (See screenshot below)

Once you see the success message, continue to Step 8 below and do not skip this step.
Step 7: Mapping Fields (VERY Important)
⚠️Warning: Do not skip this step. If you skip this step, your ads will not generate leads.
Once your campaign has successfully been launched, the final step is to map the fields of the campaign's lead form within StudioHub.
Follow these simple steps to map your fields successfully:
Step 1: Select Settings located in the bottom left corner of your screen.
Step 2: Map The Fields
- Next scroll down on the left pane and select Integrations.
- Click on the Facebook Form Fields Mapping tab.
- On the screen's right side, Click the green Map Fields button.
- A pop-up will appear and click on Save.
- After clicking save, a blue button toggle should appear where the green map fields button used to be. This indicates that your changes have been saved successfully.
