Introduction

In this article, you are going to learn how to launch your ads using the Ads Launcher in StudioHub. We're going to be covering step-by-step on how to launch your ads. Make sure that you read the article all the way to the end. Just to give you a heads up; if you miss the last step, your ads will not generate any leads.

Before You Begin

Before going into the step-by-step instructions for launching your ads, the first thing that you need to do is upload all of your images and videos that you're going to be launching to your ads directly into the ads launcher. If you have added your images and videos into the ads launcher already, then please skip forward to step number one below. If you haven't uploaded your pictures and videos into the ads launcher already, the following articles will show you how to do that:

Once you've uploaded your images and videos, we can proceed with launching your ads.
Let's dive into the process step-by-step on how to launch your ads.

Step 1: Starting a New Campaign

  1. Open the Ads Launcher by clicking on Facebook + IG Ads at the bottom left of the screen.

  2. Navigate to the Dashboard, then select Launch New Campaign.

  3. Choose Facebook.

Step 2: Selecting the Category and sub-category

  1. Choose one of the categories from the available options.

  2. Select a subcategory.

Step 3: Selecting your Ad Copy

In this section, you will be picking an Ad template that matches the program you are trying to promote. Think of Ad templates as a pre-made ad copy.

There are two ways to find your Ad template:

  1. Browse the templates: We have a library of templates you can look through to find one that you like.

  2. Search for a specific template: If you know what kind of template you're looking for, you can search for it directly.

We'll walk you through both options below.

1. Browse the Templates

  • Browse through the default templates and click on Preview to view the ad copy.

2. Search for a specific template

  • If you already have a specific template in mind, you can use the search bar (Mac: CMD + F, Windows: CTRL + F) with a keyword to find it quickly. For example, if you're looking to promote classes for kids that are three years old, type "ages 3" in the search bar and click Preview.

Once you find one that you like, then click Select this Ad.

Step 4: Setting Up Campaign Details

1. Fill in the required details under Custom Values (if available):

  • Area Name: Type the Area/City name (e.g., New York).
These values will populate sections of the ad copy template.

Note: Some templates may not have Custom ValuesIf you don’t see Custom Values, proceed to fill in the details under Campaign Info (see below after the screenshot).

2. Campaign Info: Fill in the required details.

  • Campaign Type: Make sure it is set to Lead Form.

  • Daily Budget: Type your daily budget. (e.g.10)

  • Website: Add your website link. (e.g. www.myawesomewebsite.com)

  • Radius: Select the number of miles you want to target around your studio. (e.g. 7)

Step 5: Selecting your Pictures or Videos

  1. Select Optional Info under the blue "Launch Campaign" button.

  2. Find Ad Media and click on Expand Section.

  3. Now, select Client Media.
  4. View all uploaded images/video and select your pictures (we recommend choosing 3-4).

Note: If you upload a video, you will only see the thumbnail and won't be able to view it.

Step 6: Customizing your Ad Copy (Optional)

  • If you would prefer to customize your ad copy find Ad Text and click Expand Section.

  • On the section that opens up you will be able to customize your ad copy.

If you do not want to do this, skip this step.

Step 7: Launching Your Ad

1. Scroll back to the top and click Launch Campaign.

2. After clicking on Launch Campaign, wait for the loading bar to complete (see screenshot below). It may take 2-5 minutes to complete.

⚠️ Warning: Do not close this window. Proceed to the next step.

3. Upon completion, you will see a success message confirming that "Your campaign was created successfully." (See screenshot below)

If you do not see the Your campaign was created successfully message, please email us at support@getmorestudents.com

Once you see the success message, continue to Step 8 below and do not skip this step.

Step 8: Mapping Fields (Important)

⚠️Warning: Do not skip this step. If you skip this step, your ads will not generate leads.

Once your campaign has successfully been launched, the final step is to map the fields of the campaign's lead form within StudioHub.

Follow these simple steps to map your fields successfully:

Step 1: Select Settings located in the bottom left corner of your screen.

Step 2: Map The Fields

  1. Next scroll down on the left pane and select Integrations.

  2. Click on the Facebook Form Fields Mapping tab.

  3. On the screen's right side, Click the green Map Fields button.

  4. A pop-up will appear and click on Save.

  5. After clicking save, a blue button toggle should appear where the green map fields button used to be. This indicates that your changes have been saved successfully.

Congratulations! You have successfully launched your ad campaign. We hope you see great results!
