Are you seeing an "Account error" on your Meta ads manager?

Step 1: The first thing we need to do is to identify if the account error is occurring because of a billing issue.

go to your Ads Manager, and click on Billing & payments it should look like the screenshot below.

Step 2: Do you see a red notification that says, "? Ad account disabled" or there's a failed payment balance like the picture below?

If YES, please scroll down to Step 3.
If the answer is NO, and you're not able to see an error like the one above, then you may have a spending limit on your account.

Step 3: To solve the payment issue, press the Pay now button to settle the balance, so your ads can start running again.

Step 4: If you would like to add a new card or if your credit card has expired, please click on Payment methods and click on the Add payment method button, and add your card.

Step 5: After adding your new card, click the Pay now button again to get your ads up and running.
