Step 1: Edit Settings to Avoid Duplicate Contacts
Open StudioHub, then click on the Settings tab in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
Select Business Profile and then Scroll Down to the Contact Deduplication Preferences section, and make sure the Allow Duplicate Contact setting is toggled OFF.
Click on the button that says Email, and click on the Phone option to ensure StudioHub will find existing contacts based on their phone number.
Click on the None button and select Email.
Step 2: Begin Importing Your Contacts
Click on the Go Back button in the top-left corner of your screen.
Click on the Contacts tab.
Click on the Import Contacts button.
Step 3: Add Your Contact List
Select the Contacts option, then click Next.
Click on the area labelled "Click to upload, or drag and drop" to upload your contact list.
WARNING⚠️
Please ensure your contact list is saved as a CSV file, and that it only includes First Name, Last Name, Phone, and Email.
Click on the Create Contacts button.
Select Create Contacts if you are uploading a new list or Create and Update Contacts if you are updating an existing list.
Click Next.
Step 4: Map & Verify Your Contact List
Ensure the fields are mapped correctly for your contact list. If every section in the Status column says Mapped (in green), everything is correct. Click Next.
If any section in the Status column says Pending (in grey), click on the Fields section on the right, then select the correct field to map it manually.
Click Next.
Tick the Add tags to imported contacts box, and type in the tag you would like to these contacts on the right-hand side.
Then click on the tag you want to add from the available list or create a new tag by typing in the tag name. (e.g, Leads 2025 Jan) Then select the tag.
Tick the box at the bottom of your screen and click the Start Bulk Import button.
