This guide will help you customize the messages sent to clients and leads after a missed call. 


Steps


Step 1: Accessing phone number settings

  • Click on the Settings option on your StudioHub Account.


  • Scroll down and select the Phone Numbers option on the left


  • Select Advanced Settings on the top



Step 2: Customizing Your Text

  • Select Voicemail & Missed Call Textback


  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Customize

⚠️Please do not delete {{location.name}} when editing the message.⚠️


  • Enter your customized message and click Save.

This feature will allow you to send an automated text message whenever you miss a call from a client or a potential lead letting them know if you're currently busy or closed for holidays, ensuring a polite and courteous response.
