Introduction
Are you trying to book appointments in a specific time slot, only to find it unavailable? You’re in the right place!
In StudioHub, the Calendar feature allows you to book multiple appointments for the same time slot. However, if the Custom setting is selected instead of the Default setting, the time slot gets blocked out and prevents further bookings.
This article will guide you through adjusting your booking settings from Custom to Default, so you can reopen the time slot, and continue booking appointments as normal!
⚠️Please note that this can only be done from your Desktop browser.⚠️
Instructions:
Step 1: Locating your Appointment:
1. Log in StudioHub
2. Go to Calendar
3. Select Calendar on the right-hand side of the screen.
4. Select Main Calendar.

Once you select the relevant appointment, a Pop-up window will appear.
6. Select the Pencil Icon.

7. Change the booking type from Custom to Default and click Save
⚠️ If none of the appointments were set to Custom then you may be experiencing a different issue. Please contact support@getmorestudents.com for further assistance .⚠️

This will allow you to continue booking appointments in this specific time slot ✅.
⚠️Moving forward, please avoid using the Custom setting when setting up appointments, and only use Default.⚠️
