0:00 Hi everyone. In this video I am going to show you how to create your onboarding campaign in Studio Hub using the workflows. 0:07 And so the very first thing that you need to do is you need to go in inside Studio Hub. You need to go in your computer, and then you're gonna go to automation. 0:16 So automation is on the left hand side, right here, right there where I clicked on it, automation. And then from there you're going to go to User Accessible. 0:27 Okay, so that's the folder right here at the bottom that says User Accessible. And you're gonna click inside of it, you're gonna click on the onboarding workflow. 0:35 So that's the one right there, onboarding, okay? And then from there you're gonna edit the template. So there is, here's how it looks like, okay? 0:45 So you have at the beginning it says wait for five minutes. 0:50 And then so when somebody gets added to this workflow, it's gonna wait for five minutes and then it's gonna send them this email right here. 0:58 Okay? So you want to send them, you, you want to edit this email, and then you want to, and then, you know, for the next step, it's gonna wait for seven days. 1:09 So it's gonna wait a week, it's gonna send them the next email, right? So you want to edit this one for yourself as well. 1:18 Then it's gonna wait for another 14 days. And you can change these times. So if you only want to wait one day, or if you want to wait four days, whatever you want to do, you could change it there. 1:33 So you could change these emails. So essentially go through it, change the timing, right? So you could change the timing right here is if you only want to wait, you know, so the way it works is that it'll, it'll wait five minutes at the beginning, then it'll send this email, then it'll wait another 1:50 seven days and then it'll send this next email, and then it'll wait another 14 days and it'll send the next thing, right? 1:57 So you want to make sure that you change all of this to match whatever you're thinking. Change the templates to match your brand if you want to add things. 2:06 So let's say at the beginning as soon as they receive the email, you want to send them a welcome sequence a welcome text message as well. 2:16 So you can say, here, welcome. 2:20 Okay, and then save. So now they're gonna receive, they're go, as soon as somebody gets at it, it's gonna wait five minutes. 2:29 Then they're gonna receive the text message. Then they're gonna get, receive a i, I'm sorry, they're gonna receive an email. 2:35 Then they're gonna receive a text message right away, and then they're gonna wait. So these two will happen one after the other without any time delay. 2:44 Okay? So you can add as many things over here whenever you add anything. And if you're happy with it, make sure that you're saving it. 2:52 So press that green button at the top that says save so that your work doesn't get lost. Just in case 2:59 If you refresh, you'll find, like you see here, the SMS one, you'll see when I refresh that it is gone. 3:06 There you go. It's no longer there because I refreshed it and it wasn't saved. So make sure that you're saving things. 3:12 If you press the plus button right there, you'll see what you can do. You can send an email, send an sms, you can trigger a phone call to fire. 3:24 You know, you could send a Facebook Messenger. This only works if you have 'em on Facebook inside Studio Hub. So I wouldn't use like the Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM or something like that. 3:35 But you can add a tag if you wanted to. You can remove a tag, you can do all these things. 3:42 You can play around with it. I mean, I don't have videos that go into a lot of detail with everything that you can do here. 3:49 It's kind of up to you and your imagination as to how you want to play around with it. The basic thing is just to pretty much a straight line like this, where you have an email if you want to add a weight, you could do that at the bottom of this, where you add a weight like that and you say, for how 4:04 long? You know, I wanna wait for 30 minutes. And then you see here how it waits for 30 minutes, and that's the new one. 4:11 If I don't want that, I could delete that and then it removes it. Just make sure that I'm always saving. 4:16 Okay? So just edit this. As much as your heart is content, you can always get better or improve it over time. 4:25 If you want to, like I said, you can add new things to it by adding the plus icon and figuring this out, you could play around with it. 4:34 And then you published a campaign. Now, by default, I believe it's already published in your account. So you can see here where it says Draft and published, it should be turned on blue like this, toggle on. 4:46 So if you, if it is published, then you're good. If it's not, make sure that you publish it. And then then from here there's the question, do you want people to receive this onboarding campaign as soon as they get marked as one, right? 5:01 So do you want them to, as soon as you mark somebody as one they enrolled, you want them to receive this. 5:08 Now, some of you might think like this means that people, you know, read this right here. It says this means that people who get marked as one will get the onboarding campaigns, even if they, if they don't, if they signed up right now, but they're gonna start later in the future. 5:21 Let's say somebody signed up right now for summer, and right now it's in January, right? So we, they're gonna start in the summer, but they're gonna get a message that says, Hey, so excited that you started your first, your first class or something like that. 5:35 Might not make sense, right? So you might want to add them yourself manually later on. And so you might not want to start the onboarding right away, right? 5:45 So if that's the case, if you want to add the onboarding yourself manually, and the answer is no, thank you, I don't wanna, you know, I don't want to add people as soon as they get marked as one, I don't want to add 'em to the onboarding. 5:58 You're pretty much done and that is it. Good job. Okay? So, but if you do want to add people, as soon as they get marked as one into the onboarding campaigns, you gotta go back to workflows. 6:09 Whoops. You gotta go back to workflows. And then from there, so let me go back here to workflows. I'm gonna confirm I, I don't want to save that. 6:22 Okay, go back to the user accessible one if you're already there, okay? Then from there, go to opportunity marked as one. 6:32 So you'll see one that it says opportunity marked as one, right there is this one, okay? So I click on that and then I can add here one thing at the bottom that says like I could add a plus. 6:50 So let's see what it says here. Add to the onboarding workflow. So I'm gonna click there and I am going to click add to workflow. 7:02 So it's this one right here. Add to workflow. You could also find them by searching for it. Add to workflow is right there is this one. 7:11 And then from there you wanna select the workflow and you want to pick the one that's called onboarding, right? 7:17 So onboarding is there, you wanna make sure that you pick the right one. You should only have one. I'm not sure why they're two, but you should only have one. 7:26 So you pick their onboarding, then you're gonna save it, okay? So once you save it, you save it over here at the top as well. 7:35 Make sure that you save it there. And then what this will do is that anybody who gets marked as one is gonna get added to the onboarding campaign and you're done. 7:48 Awesome. Well, I hope this has been helpful. That is how you create your onboarding campaign. You know, in the next video I'll show you how to add people to your onboarding campaign if you want to do that manually, but that is how you create your onboarding campaign, how you publish it, and everything 8:06 that you need to know. Hope this helps.
