In the next 2 videos, I'm going to cover how to book new leads into trial classes in StudioHub.


To start, in this video, I'm going to walk you through a conversation script example. You are going to see an entire conversation with a new lead from the moment they inquire to the moment they are booked for a trial. 


The goal here is to help you become familiar with the script before you go to the next video, where I'll show you how to implement what you've learnt in StudioHub.

TIP #1: Keep it simple


By keeping it simple, you're able to talk to more leads in less time. Another benefit of keeping your script simple is that you'll easily be able to train new team members to help with StudioHub.


TIP #2: Finish your text messages with a question


If a lead ever asks you a question that I didn't cover in the script here, here is a trick: You want to answer their question, but you want to ask a question back to them.


Instead of just answering the question, and letting the conversation die out, you want to ask a question back to them to get them closer to your goal of booking them for a trial.


TIP #3: Try to keep your messages short


The more information you send, the more confusing it can get for people, and the less likely they are to respond back to you.
