Introduction

To send and receive messages on StudioHub, users need to purchase a phone number. This guide will explain how to obtain a Toll-Free number and register it.

Buying the Toll-Free Number

Follow the steps below. 


  1. Locate Phone Numbers inside Settings, and click on + Add Number > Add Phone Number.




  2. Click on Filter. Then, locate the Number Type, leave Toll Free selected, and click Apply.




  3. Choose a Toll-Free Number from the list, and click Proceed to Buy.



  4. You've successfully purchased your Toll-Free Number.

  5. Now, please continue with the registration by following the steps below.



Registering the Toll-Free Number

  1. Fill out the Business and contact information, then click Continue to Business location.




  2. Fill out the Business location, then click on Continue to Messaging Use case.




  3. Fill out the Messaging use case and click on Send Information for verification.



    1. Make sure to select the options in the screenshot and use the templates provided for the designated fields (you can copy and paste them).

        1. Google Doc Link (same as A2P)
      2. Use Case Description
        1. This campaign sends appointment information, confirmation, and reminder messages to our students to communicate with them, as well as new people who might be interested in joining our dance classes at our dance studio. Occasionally we send out text broadcasts to our current and potential students to share with them class updates, schedule changes, upcoming events, promotions, and any other studio updates.
      3. Message Content (change your name and your studio name).
        1. Hi Mary, this is (your name) from (your studio name). So that I know how to help you, please let me know the name and age of your child ?
