In this video, we're going to be covering the "Appointment Confirmation and Reminders" automation.
Purpose
The purpose of this automation is to send a confirmation to contacts who schedule an appointment (for example, for a free trial class). The automation also sends reminders before the appointment so that people remember to show up.
As you can see from the chart, there's a bubble that says "optional". This bubble is there because we have clients who do not offer trials.
