In this video, I'm going to show you how to start your regulatory bundle verification process.
(In order for us to register a Regulatory Bundle, we first need to have a validated Address Bundle.)
First, you're going to log into your StudioHub account and click on Settings
Next, you're going to click on Phone Numbers in the left panel. Then click on Regulatory Bundle/Address in the top menu bar
Now click on the green button to the right that says Create
This is going to open a pop-up window with two options: Address Bundle and Regulatory Bundle
(In order for us to register a Regulatory Bundle, we first need to have a validated Address Bundle.)
Click on Address Bundle and then click Next
Complete the form with your business address information. Make sure that the company name and address match your business documentation.
If you're using a personal address for the regulatory bundle application, because you don't have all the requirements for the business regulatory bundle just make sure that whatever address you list over here that it matches the ones that you have in your documentation.
Click Submit
You will then see a message that the address was submitted successfully and that your address submitted is under review.
Click on the x on the top right of this pop up to close it.
Before going to the next step you need to make sure that your address bundle is validated. The address bundle is usually validated immediately after the submission is made. Although, sometimes it could take up to 48 hours.
Once you have confirmed that your address bundle is validated. You can move on to register the Regulatory Bundle in the next step of the flowchart.
