On a serious note, I want to create this training to show you how you can take advantage of the power of calendars.
First, let me show you what a StudioHub calendar looks like, and then I'll explain what they are used for.

What calendars are used for
Calendars are used to schedule people into any kind of event, or appointment.
Here are some examples of ideas for using a calendar.
- If you run a business where you sell shoes or attire to your customers, you might use a calendar to have people schedule a shoe-fitting appointment or an attire-fitting appointment.
- One of the main ways we teach our clients to use calendars inside StudioHub is to schedule people for a free trial class or to schedule people for a free tour.
- You can also use it to schedule people for a free consultation if you offer consultations in your business
- Another example of why you might want to create a separate calendar is to pretend that you just opened a second location. Having separate calendars for each location allows you to send different automated follow-up messages depending on which calendar you book the contact for. For example, if you schedule a contact in "calendar 1", the contact will receive the follow-up messages with the address of location 1. Then, if you schedule the contact in "calendar 2", the contact will receive the follow-up messages with the address of location 2.
- You might want to create a calendar for one of your teachers so that people can schedule private lessons with them.
In general, calendars are great if you want people to schedule times into a recurring event, or an appointment that happens regularly.
On the other hand, calendars are not particularly useful if you are doing one-time events or appointments.
