INTRODUCTION

Hello, Hello!!!

Welcome back!

In the previous video, I gave you an overview on pipelines.

In this video, I'm going to show you how to create a pipeline.

CREATING A PIPELINE

To create a pipeline, the first thing you need to do is go to the pipeline settings. Here's how to get there.

  • Go to Settings
  • Click on "Opportunities & Pipelines" on the left-hand menu
  • Click on "Pipelines" on the top menu

In this screen, you'll be able to see all of the pipelines already created in your StudioHub account.

You're able to edit the pipelines that are already there, as well as create new ones.

  • "+ Create new pipeline"
  • Name the pipeline
  • Add the stages, for example, let's pretend that you're creating a pipeline for a new inquiries.
    • You can create it super simple
      • New Inquiry
      • Booked trial
      • Cancel
      • Showed
      • No show
    • If you want to make it more complicated you can add more steps. For example:
      • New Inquiry
      • Follow up
      • Interested for later
      • Booked trial
      • Cancel
      • Showed
      • No show
      • Didn't register yet
      • Not interested
      • Registration payed

Best practice when it comes to creating guidelines
Keep the pipeline simple
Don't add as many stages
Think of the journey as going forward. Try to avoid the journey going backwards if possible.

  • The settings at the bottom will allow you to see the pipeline at the dashboard
    • Show example
    • I usually just toggle them off
  • Once you're done, just press "Save" to create your pipeline.

CONCLUSION

That's it! That's how you create a pipeline.

Once the pipeline is created you will be able to see it inside the opportunities screen I walked you through in the first video.

Let me show you:

{Show example of the pipeline created}

See how all the stages are there!

In the next video, I'm going to show you how to navigate this screen!

I'll see you there!
