In this video, I'm going to show you how to start your regulatory bundle verification process.


(In order for us to register a Regulatory Bundle, we first need to have a validated Address Bundle.)


First, you're going to log into your StudioHub account and click on Settings



Next, you're going to click on Phone Numbers in the left panel. Then click on Regulatory Bundle/Address in the top menu bar

Click on the green button that says Create



This is going to open a pop up window with two options that we saw earlier: Address Bundle and Regulatory Bundle


This time we will choose Regulatory Bundle and click on Next



Click on the tiny drop down arrow to open up the list and select your country. 


Then under type of numbers you planned to use select Mobile


Click Next



Fill in the name of your Business 


(This needs to match the name on your business documentation)


Click Next



In this step you are going to need to upload your business documentation. 

You will need business documentation to validate your:
  • Registered business name, 
  • Address and 
  • Registration or ID number. 

If your Commercial Registry document contains all of the above information, then you can upload this document for all three categories.


To upload your documentation click on the little drop down arrow to expand the category.  



Click on the picture icon to upload the Commercial register document 


Then fill in your business name and click on Update Documents 



You will follow a similar process in the Business Address category 

Click in the picture icon to upload the Business Address Document

Select the relevant document type

Under additional information, click on the drop down arrow to select the Address Bundle that was registered previously. 

Click Update Documents



Finally, you will upload the document that verifies your Business ID number

Repeat the same steps to upload your document, and fill out the Document Number under additional information.

The Document Number is the unique number assigned to your Business Registration document. 

Click on Update Documents

Once all three categories have been completed successfully, you will see a green tick next to each one

You can now click on Submit



You will see a message stating that the Regulatory Bundle has been Submitted Successfully


Click on the little x on the top right of this pop up to close it. 



You will see the Regulatory Bundle status as Pending review this means that your application has been submitted to the relevant institution in your country for approval.


It can take up to 7 working days to receive feedback.



Once the bundle has been approved the status will change to Approved
