Introduction

In this guide, you will learn how to add a new card to your payment methods in StudioHub.


It is necessary to add a card to StudioHub so that you can pay your StudioHub phone number usage, as well as your StudioHub subscription.


Let's dive in!


Uploading a New Card in StudioHub

  1. Access Settings
    • In StudioHub, navigate to the bottom left corner and click on Settings



  2. Select Billing

    • In the Settings menu on the left, choose Billing and then select Payments




  3. Add Payment Method

    • Click the pencil icon next to Payment Method



    • Select Add New Card in the popup menu



  4. Fill in Card Details

    A pop-up window titled Add Card will appear. Here, enter your relevant card information accurately:

    • Card Number: Enter the complete 16-digit number located on the front of your card

    • Expiration: Fill in the expiration date in "MM/YY" format (month and year)

    • CVC: Enter the 3-digit security code found on the back of your card

    • Country: Select your billing address country from the dropdown menu

    • ZIP: Provide your billing ZIP code

    • Name: Enter the name on your card exactly as it appears on the front of your card



  5. Save Your New Card


Once all your details are filled in, click the Add Card button to save your new payment method. (See screenshot below)


⚠️ Heads up: Once you add your card into the payment methods settings in StudioHub, this card will be the primary payment method used for paying your StudioHub phone number usage, as well as your StudioHub subscription.



                    


    6. Set Card as Primary Payment Method

  •  If you want to use this card as the primary payment method on your account, please set this card as your primary card in StudioHub. 
  • Navigate to the card on your StudioHub account and toggle on Make this Card Primary
