Introduction

Has your StudioHub account been paused due to a failed or incomplete payment, and you are not able to communicate with your contacts using the Desktop or Mobile StudioHub app? Follow these simple steps to reactivate your account and resume your conversations!



Why Did My StudioHub Subscription Charge Decline?

In most cases, your StudioHub payment declines due to an expired card on file or insufficient funds. 



How to Reactivate Your Account

To reactivate your account, please log in to StudioHub on a Desktop or laptop. Once logged in, you will be prompted with a notification screen indicating that your account has been paused due to an incomplete payment. This notification will include details on how to retry your payment, or how to change your existing payment method.

❗A desktop or laptop must be used for this process



1. Retrying Payment

a) If you want to retry the payment using the existing card you have on file in StudioHub, please ensure that there are enough funds available so that the payment can be processed successfully. To retry the payment, click on the Retry Payment link...




b) Proceed with retrying your payment by selecting Confirm & Pay



If the payment is successful, your access to StudioHub will be restored!

2. Updating Payment Details


a) If you need to change your payment method, click on the link that says Click Here



b)  Proceed to add your new payment details by selecting + Add Card



c) Complete all of your card details in the relevant fields
d) Please toggle “Make this card primary” if you'd like the system to use it for future payments.
e) Click Save





Your account will automatically resume as soon as the payment is successful.
