Introduction:

We often receive requests from clients asking us to turn off their ad campaigns, thinking the ads are underperforming. Turning off an ad campaign prematurely might mean stopping one that is actually delivering good results.

This article will teach you how to properly assess an ad's performance and provide the right advice to our clients based on the campaign performance metrics.

Before turning off a campaign, first you need to determine how the campaign is performing. Here are the steps to assess a client ad's performance.

Step 1: Accessing the client's ad metrics

  • Log into StudioHub and click on Facebook & IG Ads
  • Click on Metrics

Step 2: Assess Ad Performance

Responding to Clients:

Once you have determined how the campaign is performing, please respond to the client following step "A", or step "B" below.

A) If the Ad is Performing Well:

If the ad is performing well, you can respond to the client's email with the following canned response Pause Ad Request (Ad is performing well) :

Hi {Clients' Name}

I hope you're doing great!

I reviewed your ads, and your ad has generated {insert number} leads at {Insert dollar amount} per lead (please see the screenshot below). Your ad is performing well, and we recommend that you leave the ad running.
