Introduction


When you joined StudioHub, we integrated your Facebook account into our Ads Launcher. Occasionally, these integrations can break. This can be caused by Facebook changing their settings, or resetting your password etc. 

This article will guide you through the steps to reintegrate your Facebook age and Facebook Ad Account in StudioHub if your integration has broken. 



⚠️  If this integration is broken, the leads being generated from your ads might not go into StudioHub, which might cause advertising dollars to get wasted. To prevent this from happening, this integration should be done as promptly as possible.


⚠️ This process has to be completed on a computer. It cannot be completed on a phone.




Steps to Reintegrate Facebook


Step 1: Disconnecting the Incorrect Facebook Page & Ad Account


1. Log into StudioHub on your computer

2. Navigate to Settings

3. Click Integrations

4. Disconnect the existing Facebook page by clicking the blue button titled Connected. A pop-up menu will appear



5. On the popup menu, select Ok



Step 2: Connecting the Correct Facebook Page & Ad Account

1. Click the blue button titled Connect




2. Click the blue button titled Continuing as NAME



3. Facebook Page: Click on the little drop down arrow in the first field, then select your Facebook Page, and click Connect Page. The pop-up menu will close and redirect you to StudioHub.



4. Ad Account: Once the page has redirected to StudioHub, click on the dropdown arrow, navigate to the correct Ad Account, and select the correct Facebook Ad Account in StudioHub.




Once you've selected the ad account, please refresh your screen to make sure the settings have saved.


If the settings have saved, you're done!
