I'm going to kick off your onboarding journey by describing what your onboarding journey is going to look like. I want to do this so that you know what's coming and what you will need to do to get onboarded successfully.
Based on our experience, the people who take the onboarding journey seriously will have the best results with StudioHub. So pay attention, and let's dive right in.
Here's a diagram that walks you through the entire onboarding journey. This is what you'll map that we're going to be walking you through, let's break it down.
Onboarding Flowchart 1
As you can see, the starting point is "Onboarding Flowchart 1" which is where you are now.
The goal of this flowchart is to help you gather and prepare the documents that you will need for your "Kick-off" call which is your first onboarding call.
Kick-Off Call
On the "Kick-off" call one of our client success managers will guide you through the basic setup of StudioHub. You're going to do things like adding your business information, adding your team members into StudioHub, and adding your colors.
At the end of the "Kick-Off" call, you will book your StudioHub walkthrough call.
This is the call where you and your team are going to learn how to use StudioHub.
Onboarding Flowchart 2
To make sure that you are prepared and set up for this call, you will go through the onboarding flowchart 2.
This flowchart will guide you through a video training that you and your team will need to watch. This training will teach you some basic concepts, and best practices when it comes to using StudioHub so that you can be prepared for your StudioHub walkthrough call.
StudioHub Walkthrough Call
In this call, one of our client success managers will walk you and your team through a role-playing session where we teach you how to use StudioHub. The goal for this call is that you get to push all the buttons in StudioHub, and become familiar with how the software works before you go live!
At the end of the StudioHub walkthrough call, you will book your "Tech Setup Call".
Onboarding Flowchart 3
To prepare you for the tech setup call, you will go through the "Onboarding flowchart 3".
This flowchart contains a video training that guides you through best practices and expectations when it comes to advertising. You'll learn things like what are the best images and videos to use for your ads, as well as tips to make the most out of advertising efforts.
Tech Setup Call
Finally, we have the Tech Setup Call. This is the call where we help you finalize all of the tech setup, and if you're ready, we will help you launch your advertising campaigns. In other words, this is the call where we go live!
If you don't feel ready to go live, or if we encounter any tech issues that cause us to delay the onboarding, we will schedule another tech setup call.
On the other hand, if we do go live with your advertising, after the tech setup call, we will help you integrate StudioHub with your website. This will help you get better results from your marketing, and help you generate even more inquiries!
After Launching
For those of you who are in the "Starter" pricing package, once the StudioHub is integrated on your website you are fully onboarded, and on your way to success!
For those of you who are in the "Growth" and "Agency" pricing packages, you will be able to book your first check-in calls with your dedicated client success manager!
Check-in calls
Check-in calls are 1-on-1 calls with your dedicated client success manager that you can schedule once a month. In these calls, your client success manager will answer any StudioHub questions, and help you maximize the use of the software for your business!
