How to Turn on DND for a specific contact

Introduction
In this guide, you will learn how to turn on DND for contacts who have requested never to be contacted again. Turning DND on will prevent any messages from being sent to the contact (automated or manual).
Instructions
Inside StudioHub, click on Conversations and click on the desired contact. Then, on the right side of the screen, navigate to DND and click on the dropdown arrow to show the options.
You can now tick the boxes next to DND Text Message and DND emails.
Conclusion
You have successfully enabled Do Not Disturb for this contact. By doing this, this contact will not receive any further messages from StudioHub (both manual or automated).
