Introduction


In this guide, you will learn how to turn off the automation for a specific contact by removing the contact from the workflow. This will
 ensure that the client stops receiving automated messages from those workflows.


Instructions


  1. Inside StudioHub, click on Conversations. Then, click on the desired contact.



  2. On the right side of the screen navigate to Active Automations

    Click on the dropdown arrow to show all of the active automations that the contact is currently enrolled in. 

    Now, click on the "x" icon to remove the contact from the desired automation.



  3. After clicking on the "x" icon, a new window will pop up. Click on Ok to confirm you'd like to remove this workflow from the contact.


Conclusion


You have successfully removed the contact from the automation. The contact won't receive any more automated messages from this workflow.
