In this article we are going to show you how you can create a lead form for your selected ad template, when launching a new campaign. Follow the steps provided below.

  1. After selecting an Ad template, you’ll see the campaign details page. Click on the Dropdown arrow next to Advanced Settings.


  2. Click on the Dropdown Arrow next to Lead Form.


  3. Click on Custom Lead Form.

     

  4. Type in a suitable Name for your Lead Form. Eg Summer Camp July 2025 if you're running a summer camp ad



  5. Click on the Dropdown Arrow next to Intro

     

  6. Select Use the image from your ad option. (The default images you uploaded and selected from your library for the Ad Copy)



  7. Replace any Custom Values in your Headline. Eg {{area.name}} to the actual name of the area. EG, Florida



  8. Paste your Ad Copy Text in the textbox below Paragraph.

  9. Click on the Dropdown Arrow next to Questions.




  10. Click on Expand Section next to Standard Questions



  11. Select Full Name, Email and Phone to ask Name, Number and Email.




  12. Next, click on the Dropdown Arrow next to Policy.

     


  13. Now, in the Policy section, You can leave as it is as there are pre-populated default details including the Privacy Policy link which you can use.

    However, if you already have your own privacy policy, you can just paste the link in the Link text box.



  14. After filling in the details, click on Save Lead Form. 

     

You’ve successfully generated your lead form!
