In this article we are going to show you how you can create a lead form for your selected ad template, when launching a new campaign. Follow the steps provided below.

  1. After selecting an Ad template, you’ll see the campaign details page. Click on Optional Info.



  2. Click on Expand section in the Lead Form tab


  3. Click on Generate Lead Form.

     

  4. Type in a suitable Name for your Lead Form.



  5. In the Intro section click on Expand Section.

     

  6. Select Use the image from your ad option. (The default images you uploaded and selected from your library for the Ad Copy)



  7. Type a suitable Headline for your lead form based on your ad template. E.g; “Summer Program.”

    For Description, add in your own text like “Join Us Today!” - This is the text they'll see on the form after they click on your ad.





  8. Click Expand section in the Questions tab.




  9. Click on Options and select Short Answer to ask Name, Number and Email if needed.




  10. Next, click on Expand section in the Policy tab. 

     

  11. Now, in the Policy section, You can leave as it is as there are pre-populated default details including the Privacy Policy link which you can use.

    However, if you already have your own privacy policy, you can just paste the link in the Link text box.



  12. After filling in the details, click on Create Lead Form. 

     

You’ve successfully generated your lead form!
