Introduction

In this guide, you will learn how to prepare your class schedules for kid group classes according to their age groups in a Google Document for your Studiohub templates. 


Please follow these steps so that you can complete your class schedule document as you go through this guide. Let's dive right in:


Step 1: Open the Sample Document Link 


Step 2: Make your copy of the sample document

  • Click on "File"




  • Click on "Make a copy"




  • Rename the copy as "{{your business's name}}- Schedule" and then click "Make a copy"



Step 3: Replace Sample Logo With Your Logo

  • In your copy of the schedule; remove the sample logo from all pages of the document by selecting it.

  • Right-click the logo and click "Replace Image"




  • Replace the sample logo with an image of your studio's logo- remember to do this on every page.


Step 4: Edit Your Schedule - For KIDS Age Groups


  • Edit the {AGE BRACKETS} according to your own.




  • Edit the {DAY OF THE WEEK}, {TIME}, and {CLASS NAME} according to what you offer- remember to do this on every page
