Introduction
In this guide, you will learn how to turn off the automations for a specific contact.
There are two ways in which you can do this this:
1. Remove the Contact from the Workflows: This will ensure that the client stops receiving automated messages from those workflows.
2. Turn DND On: This is for contacts who have requested never to be contacted again. Turning DND on will prevent any messages from being sent to the contact (automated or manual).
1. Removing a Contact from the Workflows
Inside StudioHub, click on Conversations. Then, click on the desired contact.

On the right side of the screen navigate to Active Automations.
Click on the dropdown arrow to show all of the active automations that the contact is currently enrolled in.
Now, click on the "x" icon to remove the contact from the desired automation.

After clicking on the "x" icon, a new window will pop up. Click on Ok to confirm you'd like to remove this workflow from the contact.

You have successfully removed the contact from the automation. The contact won't receive any more automated messages from this workflow.
2. Turning DND On
Inside StudioHub, click on Conversations and click on the desired contact. Then, on the right side of the screen, navigate to DND and click on the dropdown arrow to show the options.

You can now tick the boxes next to DND Text Message and DND emails.

You have successfully enabled Do Not Disturb for this contact. By doing this, this contact will not receive any further messages from StudioHub (both manual or automated).
