Step 2: Delete the Website's Data (Or Cookies)
Introduction
When using StudioHub there can sometimes be instances where a page stops loading, or you log in and you see an error pop up that the site can't be reached. This is often caused by either your internet browser or network.
In this article, we walk you through the steps you can take if you ever encounter this issue.
The screenshot below shows what it looks like when a StudioHub is not loading properly or not loading at all.
Instructions
For Chrome
Note: After each of the troubleshooting steps below, you will need to reload the page. If the page loads succesfully, you do not need to complete the remaining troubleshooting steps.
Step 1: Clear Your Site Data
Right-click on any part of the page and select Inspect
- Click on Application
If you don't know see Application in the menu bar, click the >> icon. You will get a drop-down menu where you can then select Application
Click on Storage at the left-hand menu
Click on the Clear site data button
N.B: Clearing your site date will get you signed out of StudioHub. You will need to log in again once you complete the step.
Step 2: Delete the Website's Data (Or Cookies)
- Click on the icon in front of the website address.
- Go to Tracking Protection
- Click on Manage on-device site data
- Click on the delete icons in front of each of the websites displayed. This will delete all the data associated with the page
- Click on Done
Step 3: Refresh the Browser
On a PC, press and hold the Control key and the F5 key at the same time for a few seconds. The page will refresh immediately after this
On a Mac, press and hold the Command key and R key at the same time for a few seconds. The page will refresh immediately after this
Step 4: Try logging in
At this point, if you've completed all of the steps above, you should be able to log into your StudioHub account!
Try logging in. If it works, you're done! ✅
❌ If you have refreshed your screen and have followed all of the steps above, but you're STILL not able to log in, please try resetting your Chrome flags by following the steps below.
Step 5 (Optional): Reset Chrome Flags
Chrome Flags are hidden settings in Chrome that allow users to enable features that are not available in the regular version of the browser.
Enter chrome://flags/ into your search bar
When the page loads, click on Reset all
You'll immediately get a prompt at the bottom of the page. Click on Relaunch
N.B: You'll need to wait for your browser to relaunch for this step to be complete.
For Safari
Step 1: Clear Your Site Data
Click on the Settings drop-down menu
Click on Preferences
- Click on Privacy and then click on Details
Go to the webpage that is not working, click on it, and then click Remove
Click on Done
N.B: Once you complete this step, you will be signed out of StudioHub. You will need to reload the site and log in again.
