Here's how to add a contact to the follow-up workflow. This will cause the contact to start receiving the automated follow up messages asking them if they are interested in joining your classes.
INSTRUCTIONS
METHOD 1:
Go to "Contacts"
Find and click the contact that you would like to add to the follow-up workflows
Scroll down to "Automation"
Click "Add"
Under "Workflows" find the workflow called "2024.1 - Follow Ups"
Under "Select date & time"
Choose the date you would like to start the follow-up messages
Click the check mark
Click "Add"
METHOD 2:
Click on "Conversations"
Find the contact that you would like to add to follow up workflow
Click on "Active Automations"
Click on "Add new automation"
Find the workflow called "2024.1 - Follow Ups"
Click on "event start time"
Choose the date you would like to start the follow-up messages
Click confirm
Click "Save"
