Here's how to create a workflow to turn Chat Widget leads into opportunities
Go to "Automation"
Click on "+ Create Workflow"
Click "Start from Scratch"
Click on "Add new trigger"
Find and click "Customer replied"
Click "Add filters"
On the first drop-down menu find and click "Reply channel"
On the second drop-down menu click "Chat Widget"
Click "Save trigger"
Click on the "+" sign to add an action step
Find "Create/Update Opportunity"
Select the pipeline you would like to use
Select the stage
Select the status "Open"
Click "Save action"
Save the workflow
