Step 1: Navigate to the Media Library

  1. On the bottom left of the screen, click on the "Facebook + IG Ads" option. 
  2. Once in the Ads section, go to the "Media" tab and Click on “Upload new file.”

Note: If media already exists, you’ll find “Add Media” on the top right.

Step 2: Choose a Video

  1. Select the "Video" option.

  2. Click on "Choose File."

  3. Once you click on Choose files, a pop-up will appear. Find and select the video that you want to upload and click on "Open."

  4. Next, click on "Choose Files" on the right block to upload the video thumbnail.

  5. Once you click on Choose files, a pop-up will appear and you will have to select a video thumbnail.
    If you don't have a thumbnail, refer to the following article: How to Create a Thumbnail for Your Video

  6. Select the image, click on Open and then press Save.

  7. After uploading and saving, you will receive a confirmation message stating "Media was successfully created."

Note: After uploading your video, you will not be able to preview it and you will only see the thumbnail.
