Step 1: Navigate to the Media Library

  1. On the bottom left of the screen, click on the "Facebook + IG Ads" option. 
  2. Once in the Ads section, go to the "Media" tab and Click on “Upload new file.”

Note: If media already exists, you’ll find “Add Media” on the top right.

Step 2: Choose a Video

  1. Select the "Video" option.

  2. Click on "Choose File."



  3. Once you click on Choose files, a pop-up will appear. Find and select the video that you want to upload and click on "Open." Then click "Save"



  4. After uploading and saving, you will receive a confirmation message stating "Media was successfully created."


After uploading your video, you will not be able to preview it and you will only see the thumbnail, which will be automatically created for you based on the first second of the video
