INSTRUCTIONS

Click on the "external" folder.
Click on the workflow called "2024.1 - Follow Ups"
Once inside the workflow, click on"settings at the top.
Scroll down until you see "time window", then toggle on the "Specific Time" button.
Pick a window of time when you would want your automated follow up messages to fire.
For example, if you pick 11am - 8pm, your automation will never send a message outside of that window.
➡️ You can always change this in the future
Check the days you want your automated messages to go out.
Uncheck the days you would like your automation to NOT send messages.
For example, if you uncheck Sunday, the automation will not send any messages on Sunday.
Press "save"
And click on "Back to workflows"
CONCLUSION

Again, be very careful when making changes to the automation as it can have unintended consequences.
