- This can typically be identified by when the error code indicates 'Location has insufficient funds.'
- View and Top Up Your Account Balance
- On StudioHub navigate to Settings -> Company Billing
- Select 'Add Balance'
- The section that says 'Current Balance' will usually have a negative balance e.g.- $5.23
- This balance is used for all text messages and/or calls from StudioHub and generally autocharges when the balance is below $10.
- Enter a value that will place your balance back into a positive and then select 'Proceed'.
