Adding a Test Contact
The easiest way to test if you're able to send and receive messages while using StudioHub is by adding yourself as a contact or somebody that you have easy access to. Here's how to add yourself as a contact.
- Inside StudioHub, at the left side panel click on Contacts.
- Inside Contacts, click on the Add Contact icon "+".
- Fill out the form with your information or the information from the person you want to test. Then, click on Save. Again, we recommend using a contact you can easily have access to (e.g. your phone, your spouse's phone, your children's phone, or a co-worker's phone).
- After hitting Save, it'll prompt you to the screen where you can directly text the new contact you just added. Make sure to text and check if the message got sent out. Also, check your phone or the phone from the person you added as a contact to see if the message was received.
If you received the message, you're good to go! You're able to send messages from StudioHub. If you didn't receive the message, try again. If it's not working, contact us at support@getmorestudents.com
