Introduction:
So far, you've learned how to communicate with leads and book trial class appointments in StudioHub. Now, we'll discuss what to do after a lead attends or misses a trial class.
In this article, you are going to learn the process for marking leads in StudioHub as 'Showed' or 'No-Show' to track their trial class attendance.
The benefit is that when you mark a lead as 'No-show' Studiohub follows up with them for a few days to get them to reschedule their trial class. On the other hand, if you mark a lead as 'Showed' Studiohub follows up the next day to ask about their experience so that you can find out if the person is interested in signing up for your classes.
Let's begin.
There are two ways to mark leads as 'Showed' or 'No-show':
- Option 1: The calendar screen method
- Option 2: The conversation page method.
Let's go through option 1 first.
Option 1: The Calendar Screen
The first method to mark people as 'Showed' or 'No-show' is to do this on the Calendar screen. Here's how to do this:
Step 1: Accessing the Calendar
- Click on the 'Calendars' tab on the left-hand side of your screen.
- Then click on the 'Appointments' page at the top of your screen.
Step 2: Marking the Appointment Correctly
- Find the appointment you are looking for, and click on the button that says 'Confirmed'.
- Then select either 'Showed' if your customer showed up for their class, or 'No-show' if they didn't show up for their class.
Step 3: Save the Update
- Click on 'Update'
Option 2: The Conversation Page
Let's go through the second option to mark people as 'Showed' or 'No-show'. We're going to do this in the leads' conversation.
Step 1: Go to the Conversation
- Click on the Conversations tab on the left-hand side of your screen
- Then click on the 'All' list
- Select the person that you want to mark as 'Showed' or 'No-show' from the conversations list
Step 2: Accessing the Appointment
- Click on the 'Appointments' icon on the right-hand side of your screen
- Click on the Appointment that you previously set
Step 3: Marking the Appointment Correctly
- Click on the 'Confirmed' button at the bottom of the pop-up.
- Then select either 'Showed' if your customer showed up for their class, or 'No-show' if they didn't show up for their class.
Step 4: Save the Appointment
- Click on 'Save Appointment'
Conclusion:
That's how you mark a lead as 'Showed' or 'No Showed' in StudioHub, after their trial class. By following these steps, you can track your attendance accurately. You can also manage the follow-up automations effectively.
