If you are getting an error that says "Failed to create appointment", "Error occurred", or "The slot you have selected is no longer available." when trying to book an appointment, please follow these steps.


Log into StudioHub in your computer.


Click on "calendars"


Click on the 3 dots for "main calendar" (or "calendar 1")


Click on "edit"




Click on "Availability"


Go to "Date Range"


Delete the number that you see there




After you delete the number, press save





Press "close"




You're done!


You should now be able to schedule appointments
