Log in to StudioHub
Go to Settings
Click on Phone Numbers

Step 2: Finding the Toll-Free Phone Number

Find the Toll-Free Phone Number and click on the "vertical ellipsis" or "kebab icon" (three-dot menu)
Click on Number Info
Click on Start Registration

Step 3: Registering the Toll-Free Phone Number

Fill out the Business and Contact Information
Fill out the Business Location
Fill out the Messaging Use Case

Submit

Ensure your business details match those of a legal document (e.g. CP575 if your business is registered as an LLC).
