  • Select the conversation of interest

  • Click on the "Mark as Unread" Option in the top right corner of the screen. This will move this particular contact or conversation to the Unread section and this way you can contact this client later on

Let's talk about how this workflow will work using an example scenario: If a client gets added to this workflow.
  1. The workflow will wait for 1 day, Let's take today as Monday, it's going to wait until Tuesday.
  2. It will check the time duration and if it's within the specified timeline that we've set it will then send the SMS to the client.
  3. It will then wait again for a day
  4. On the next day, it will send a new message that we typed between the timeline that we've specified.

  • To add people to this workflow, go to conversations and choose the contact that you want to add. In their information section go to the "Active campaigns/workflow" section and click on "Add".

  • Click on the "Add Campaign/Workflow" field and from the list select the desired workflow

  • Select Date and Time

  • Click "Save"
