  • Once you are inside the Summer Camps campaign workflow click on the SMS action box.



  • The campaign begins with a personalized message to each recipient. On the right, you can see a personalized message that includes custom value placeholders for name, such as "Hey, [Contact Name]." The message proceeds to inform them about an early bird special for summer camp activities at your studio.

  • It then adds a personal touch by stating that if they are interested, you can text them more information about how it works. You can also edit this message according to your liking.
  • Crucially, the message ends with a question. This is an excellent practice to prompt responses and encourage engagement.



Step 3: Personalized and Non-Spammy Messages
  • The key to success in this campaign is to make the message sound personal and not spammy. Avoid generic messages that could be perceived as spam. Instead, use their name, ask questions, and sign off with your studio's name, for example, "Hervin from My Awesome Studio".

  • If they end up responding the second time they will then receive an automated SMS asking them about their details so that it can send them information about the available classes.
