Steps
Step 1: Accessing Filters
- Login to your StudioHub account on your computer and navigate to the "Contacts" section.

- On the right-hand side of the Contacts page, locate the "More Filters" option and click on it

Step 2: Filtering by Pipeline Stage
- In the filters search bar search and select the"Pipeline Stage" filter

- Click on "Select Pipeline" to choose the relevant pipeline for your studio.

- In this example, we are using the "Regular Classes" pipeline.

- Once the pipeline is selected, click on the "Select Stage" field and choose the "Showed" option. This will filter contacts who have been marked as "Showed".
- Click "Apply" to apply the filter. You will now see a list of contacts who have been marked as "Showed" within your chosen pipeline.

Step 5: Narrowing Down to "Open" Contacts
- To find contacts who have shown up but have still not enrolled or have their status as "Open", click on "More Filters" again.

- Click the "AND" button to add a filter criterion

- In the new filter, search and select the "Pipeline Status" option

- Click on the "Select Pipeline Status" field and from the dropdown, select "Open" as the status you want to filter for

- Click "Apply" to apply the second filter

- Your contacts list will now display only those contacts who have been marked as "Showed" and are still in the "Open" status. These individuals have visited your studio but have not yet enrolled.
