Introduction
In this guide, we'll guide you through the process of turning off the bot in your entire StudioHub account. This action will deactivate the bot's responses and prevent it from engaging with new leads.
Steps
Step 1: Access Automation
- Start by logging into your StudioHub account. Once you're in, navigate to the "Automation" section.
- Click on "User Accessible" at the bottom
Step 2: Find "Turning The AI BOT ON" Workflow
- Inside the "User Accessible" folder, scroll down and go to the second page of the list
- Once you are on the second page click the 3 dots on the "Turning the AI BOT ON" workflow
Step 3: Set Workflow to "DRAFT":
- To deactivate the bot set the bot to draft
- The confirmation window will appear, click on the blue "Confirm" option
Conclusion
