Introduction 

In this video, you'll learn how to turn off the bot for a specific contact when it's saying the wrong thing or not providing the desired responses.



Steps



Step 1: Access Contact Profile
  • Click on Contacts


  • Locate the contact and click on their profile




Step 2: Bot Status Setting:
  • In the contact's details section scroll down until you find the "Booking Bot" tab and click on it


  • In the Booking Bot section, set the Bot Status field  to "No Bot"




Step 3: Save Changes
  • Click the "Save" option below to save the settings
