Introduction

In this guide, we'll discuss how to train your StudioHub Bot to understand and provide information about your dance class names, especially if your classes have unique names that may not directly indicate the dance style or target audience.

Steps

Step 1: Create Class Name Descriptions
  • For classes with non-standard names, such as "Groovy" or "Shooting Stars, "create clear and concise descriptions that include the following details:
    1. The dance styles taught in the class (e.g., tap, jazz, ballet).
    2. The target audience or age group for the class (e.g., kids aged 3-4).
    3. A brief description of what is taught in the class (e.g., dance movements and motor skills).
Example:
  • What is Groovy? Groovy is a tap, jazz, and ballet combo class for kids aged 3-4. In this class, children will learn various dance movements and motor skills.
  • What is Shooting Stars? Shooting Stars is a combo class for kids aged 5-6. They'll learn tap, jazz, and ballet in a fun and engaging environment. Our experienced teachers will help them develop technique, coordination, and musicality. It's the perfect way for children to discover their love for dance and build a strong foundation in these popular styles.'

Step 2: Document Class Name Descriptions
  • Compile all these descriptions into a document. This document will serve as a reference or glossary for the bot to access when it needs to answer questions about your class names.

Step 3: Add Class Name Descriptions to StudioHub Bot
  • Now, let's add these descriptions to your StudioHub Bot. Click on the bot icon at the top of your StudioHub dashboard.

  • On the side panel that appears, Click on "Add" to add a new response.

Step 4: Inputting Class Name Descriptions
  • In the "Question" field, type or paste the class name question, such as "What is Groovy?"

  • In the "Answer" field, paste the corresponding class name description.

  • Click "Add".
Repeat this process for all your unique class names and their respective descriptions.

Conclusion

Training your StudioHub Bot to understand class names is essential for delivering accurate and informative responses to potential students and parents. By providing clear descriptions, you ensure that your bot can effectively communicate the unique features of your classes. This enhances the user experience and helps prospective students make informed decisions about enrolling in your dance programs.
