Introduction

In this guide, we will learn multiple ways to effectively mark leads as "Won" or "Lost" within the StudioHub App. This distinction is crucial for tracking enrollments and managing the progress of your potential clients. 



Method 1

  • Go to the conversations tab from the menu below and choose a conversation. 
                                                                       



  • Once you have chosen a conversation, click on the client's profile picture or their initials on the top. 
                                                               

  • Scroll down to the bottom until you see "OPPORTUNITY INFO"Below the opportunity info tap on Showed
                                                           

  • In the Edit Opportunity menu, tap on the "Status" option. 
                                                           



  • Change the status to "Won" or "Lost"
                                                           



  • Once done tap on "Save" 
                                                           



Method 2
  • The second method is by clicking on the 3 lines in the startup menu of the application. 
                                                           

  • Choose Opportunities.

                                                           

  • Once you do that a list will appear. In this list swiping left or right on the screen will show you all the clients that have been sorted under "New Leads", "Appointment Booked", "Appointment canceled", "Showed", "No-Show", etc. Choose the client that you want to mark.
                                                           



  • This will again take you to the opportunities menu. tap on the status option. 
                                                           

  • Change the status to "Won" or "Lost"
                                                           



  • Once done tap on "Save"
