Introduction
In this guide, you'll learn how to save important details such as a student's name, age, and birthdate within Studio Hub. This information is crucial for keeping track of your contacts and their children, especially when scheduling appointments or planning classes.
Steps
- Log in to your StudioHub account, and click on the Conversations option on the left-hand panel on the page.
- Click on "All"
- Choose the conversation that you want to interact with. Click on the contact's name or the profile picture to access their profile.
- Once you've accessed the client's profile in the contacts tab scroll down until you "1st Student's Name". In this section enter the student's name and below that enter their age.
- Once done click "Save"
