Step 1: Navigate to Conversations
- Once you've logged into your StudioHub account, go over to the conversation tab on the left panel.

Step 2: Select a relevant conversation
- Click on the "All" option
- Choose the contact you want to stop sending automation to.

Step 3: Locate the Do Not Disturb (DND) option
- On the right panel, which has all the contact information of the client, scroll down until you see the "DND(Opt out of marketing campaign)" option. Click on it

- From the drop-down select the relevant DND options. To stop only the automations, select the Text Message & Email options
