In this guide, we will walk you through the process of turning off automation for specific contacts and preventing them from receiving the automated messages they're currently getting on StudioHub. Whether you want to customize a contact's automation experience or simply adjust their workflow, these step-by-step methods will help you achieve just that.
Steps
Step 1: Accessing Conversations
- Begin by logging into your StudioHub account and accessing the dashboard. Navigate to the "Conversations" tab on your dashboard

- Click on the "All" option to display all conversations

- Select the contact for whom you wish to stop the automation.
Step 2: Accessing "Active Campaigns/Workflows"
- In the conversation window, on the right-hand panel scroll down and click on the "Active Campaigns/Workflows" option
Step 3: Turning OFF automation
- Under Active Campaigns/Workflows, look for the automation you would like to turn OFF by clicking on the small cross icon located next to the automation
- A confirmation prompt will appear, confirm by clicking "OK.
