Introduction
In this guide, we will learn how to effectively mark leads as "Won" or "Lost" within StudioHub. This distinction is crucial for tracking enrollments and managing the progress of your potential clients.
Steps
Step 1: Navigate to the relevant conversation:
- Once you've logged into your StudioHub account go over to the sidebar on the left side of the screen and click on conversations.

- Click on "All", this will display all the conversations
- Choose the relevant conversation

- Once you have selected the conversation with a client, Click on the Opportunities option on the right panel
- Click on the Opportunity details of the client
Step 2: Update the status of the client:
- In the Edit Opportunity window, click on the drop-down menu of the Status field.

- Here you can edit the status of the client as "Won" or "Lost"

- Once you've changed the status, click the Update button
