Launching your AI bot is a pivotal moment in automating lead engagement. Below are the steps to activate your AI bot effectively.

Step 1: Access Automation Settings
  • Log in to your Studio Hub account. In Studio Hub, locate and click on "Automation" in the menu.


  • Click on "User Accessible" 




Step 2: Turning ON the Bot
  • Once you've clicked on "User Accessible", this will open a folder. Scroll down and go to the second page of the workflow list

  • Once you are on the second page click the 3 dots on the "Turning The AI BOT ON" workflow 


  • Click on the "Publish Workflow" option 

  • A confirmation pop-up will appear, just click on "Confirm"

  • The bot has now been published and will only work for clients who are present in this workflow.
